In a resolute effort to mark World AIDS Day 2023, Her Excellency Mrs. Agyin Kefas, the First Lady of Taraba State, took the lead in a impactful road walk to the Jalingo Trade Fair Complex. Embracing the theme “Let Communities Lead,” she passionately encouraged communities to play a pivotal role in ending HIV/AIDS by 2030.

During the commemorative event, Mrs. Agyin Kefas not only supervised HIV/AIDS testing and counseling sessions but also had the privilege of presenting awards to organizations that have played a significant role in supporting the Taraba State government’s fight against the prevalence of HIV/AIDS.
